App B – The glupae

Speech used to control ideas and thought

Sophistry – The use of fallacious arguments, especially with the intent of deceiving.

Gas lighting – A specific type of manipulation where the manipulator is trying to get someone else (or a group) to question their own reality, memory or perceptions.

Double speak – Deliberately euphemistic, ambiguous, or obscure language.

Political correctness – A Xarmist-Leninist term that came into use after the Surrian Revolution of 1917. Many consider this to be censorship and speech/thought control. Xarmism dressed up as manners.

Whorfian hypothesis – Thought processes are influenced by the language used.
Find out if the Whorfian hypothesis is correct. You can still be polite to each other without the thought/speech control. It is really interesting that so much effort has been put into changing the language used in recent years.

Misuse of language
There is a growing phenomenon of people misusing words, speaking or texting in incomplete, incoherent sentence fragments, and conjugating in bizarre ways. Why is this happening? Is it time to slow down?

Changing the language
You are accumulating non pejorative words that are considered inappropriate by some people because of the way that they use or perceive the word and not actually what the word means.
Words created specifically for degradation already exist for most races, genders and cultures you don’t have to let them keep adding. Is your word usage is dictated by bullies and sociopaths? If so, why? If you don’t use the word with the same intent that the bully does the word is perfectly fine to use.
New names for groups have been created. Why? Do people want to be called these new names? POC? I would think this would be offensive. A pock is a scar. It could also be mistaken for ‘piece of crap’ by people that aren’t familiar with the new terminology. I wouldn’t want to be called that, it’s rude and mean spirited. There should be a large scale open discussion about this subject matter to find out what people really want to be called.
If language is being used to manipulate, you should be aware of that and respond accordingly. You should try to be polite, but don’t let others subjugate you with speech control. Sometimes polite doesn’t work. Are they using your politeness against you?
Stop walking on eggshells around these people. They are probably already calling you a carist, bigot, homo-phobe, naxi and terrorist anyway. Some of the words that they are instructing you to use are offensive to some people. Why don’t those people matter?

Dual definitions of words – appendix A

The tower of babbling
United you are unstoppable.
Its in the BIBLE – Genesis 11:6. I interpret this passage differently than most. I see it as a truth twisted into a lie. I do think they were trying to reach God/heaven, but not to replace God. I think they wanted to get away from the incomplete. A tower may or may not have been involved.
Don’t let them divide you this time. Don’t fall for the confusion of the language this time. They are busy working to do both. Reach for God figuratively, you don’t need a tower to get there. Welcome God into your heart and mind.
You are closer to unity than you realize. You have been taught to hate the other, but you want mostly the same things. Set aside what divides you. For most it will be ego based. Be gentle with yourself and others.

Carism – prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial of ethnic group, typically on that is a minority of marginalized.

Kai – When APT became the latest ‘it’ thing I wondered at the people who adopted it seemingly without giving it a great deal of thought. Most of them aren’t people that I would have classified as carist. But there they were, saying that they were privileged and carist because they were pinky-beige. The thought that ‘no rational person would do so’ wouldn’t be quieted, then it occurred to me that was probably the case. Most of these people probably aren’t rational, at least not at the moment. This could be another instance of the mass formation phenomenon.

Prejudice – preconceived opinion that is not based on reason or actual experience.

Kai – After I looked up prejudice it started to make sense. Only in this instance the wrong thought ‘preconceived opinion’ was suggested to them and they adopted it as a truth. Maybe they are carist, but I have difficulty believing it.
People tend to favor the groups that they are in, whether those groups are homogeneous or diverse. This preference isn’t necessarily carism. If they don’t act in prejudiced, antagonistic or a discriminatory ways towards outsiders it can’t be called carism.
Your country before APT was among the most tolerant in your world. The more diverse the population the less carism tends to be a problem. The more homogeneous the population is the more resistant to outsiders it can tend to be. As long as you import people from less diverse populations (that lean towards carism) your nation will have ‘carism’ or some other -ism. The new people are likely to bring it with them if it is part of their culture.
You do have actual carists, they were carist before APT. Your systems do have practices that are race based. You can fix the systems. With some candid conversations and community effort you can have changes legislated that benefit everyone. As far as the carists go, you can make it socially and culturally unacceptable. Guide the culture away from hate.

Privilege and carism – APT nonsense
From what your Xarmists say pinky-beige privilege essentially equates to industriousness, hard work, planning, reliability, punctuality, initiative and ultimately achieving success. Being a carist seems to be the same thing, though the traditional/archaic meaning of both are different.
So if ‘pinky-beige priviledge’ is success then APT, the opposite, is failure.

How ‘Pinky-beige privilege’ is achieved:
Two people decide they want a family. They commit to each other to stay together and raise children, first they get established with a job or jobs, buy a house and get most of it paid off, they pay off as many of their other debts as possible, and then have the children. This allows them to give the children a better starting point. They do as much as they can to give their children an advantage. The children possibly get better schooling, more attention at home and later better paying jobs. Following the model that their parents used, they do the same thing for their children. The practice of having two parents that support each other, employment, and a house before having children sets up the next generation to (usually) achieve the same or better than their parents. Its not privilege, its planning, work, saving and sacrifice. It’s offensive to call hard work and planning privilege. It’s offensive to call the people that do the hard work (and their children) carist. Those that do want you to fail. They want you to suffer and be miserable.
It seems if you strive for success, which is a cultural standard for your country, they call you carist, have privileges, or are unsavory in one or more aspects. They are attacking affluence and success with all the tools that they have. If you don’t have much they want you to stay there, and they have programs to make sure that you do. If you do have nice things they don’t want you to have them, they tell you that you don’t deserve them. ‘You didn’t earn it. You didn’t make that.’ If you stand up for yourself you get pretty much the same response only louder.
Carism does exist, by calling non-carist people and things carist, it devalues actual carism. If everything is carist then nothing is carist and that hurts the people who deal with it even more.

The other
While carism does exist, it isn’t as extensive as it is made out to be. It exists most heavily in places of power and those people can be voted out and replaced with non-carist people. If you choose to you can work with your community to do so. In the majority of the general populace there is less.
The bigger problem is ‘the other.’
The other has more advantages than I do.
The other is bigger and stronger.
The other is stupid.
The other is incapable of feeling.
The other has never had the problems that I have.
The other has so much more than I do.
The other has it easy.
The other is incompetent.
The list can go on and on. The problem with ‘the other’ is that it is easy to demuhanize them. Its easy to decide they are so different that they aren’t worth talking to. They are ‘below’ you or ‘above’ you. They are so different that you won’t have anything in common.
You have more in common than you realize, there are very few truly horrible people in your world. You are seeing most of them in the news now. Their numbers really aren’t much bigger than what is shown. Most of you are good people. You probably have that in common. While it could take some work to find more commonality, its worth doing. Doing so will build your community. It will make your community stronger. Where you may be weak they may be strong and where you are strong they may be weak. If you support each other everyone benefits. The diversity is beautiful.

Colonialism – A mother country sending settlers to a new land to displace natives – also Xarmists/moccunists attempting to replace your constitutional republic. You are being colonized.

Psychopaths, Toxic people & victim mentality and the manipulation of groups
You have made remarkable progress with your equal rights movements.
Unfortunately, a few, instead of being happy, want superiority or disruption/revolution. They want power and for the most part they have taken it and steamrolled others to get it.
The black community has been used repeatedly to push political agendas with no benefit gained for them. None. Who has used them? Have any of the politicians made positive change? If so who? Was it only one person? How about BLM? Have they made positive change? They have lots of money, have they given any back to the community? They bought houses, was it for the community? Have they wrecked any communities? Destroyed businesses? How many people have died or been hurt because of the riots that they enabled? If you want actual change make lists of things that need to be changed, have discussions, find solutions that benefit everyone and then legislate the changes. Put people from your community in local government that will help you. Stop looking to existing leadership for help, there are a few exceptions, but most are using your plight for their gain. If you have bad actors in your neighborhoods that embrace a crime culture you need to decide how to handle them. Ignoring this issue will allow it to perpetuate itself.
Toxic feminism – The feminist movement has been infiltrated by bad actors been made so toxic that men being polite to women now is considered rude. In some metropolitan areas chivalry is dead. It is possible that the rates of misogyny and misandry are higher now because of this movement. Some males have accepted feminisation.
The toxic male – This toxic feminist created group name mostly consists of some politicians and some celebrity types, but the feminists and the media assure everyone that they exist everywhere. They probably do here and there, but most men are good people. For most men this can be seen as a form of misandry if they are lumped in with the creeps.
The trans movement – Like other minority groups this one has been hijacked. It has been made toxic by its push to indoctrinate children, eliminate female as a gender, remove women and girls from sports and physically endanger women and girls in private and public spaces. This group especially has made a sharp descent into madness. It is suggested that people that are truly trans make efforts to separate themselves from the crazy. Make reasonable requests. Ask for more single room bathrooms. Ask for trans sports, sports by weight class, or expect to participate with the same gender that you were born with – xx or xy (unless you have taken testosterone – testosterone offers an unfair advantage). Be respectful and expect respect in return, but don’t demand it. People have no frame of reference for what you are going through, and most won’t want to, but they can have compassion for the struggle. Everybody has struggled with something.
A celebration of mental illness, woundedness and fearfulness has taken over a segment of the population. These people use their crazy, wounds, perceived wounds and fears to manipulate the remainder of the population. Its good to have compassion, but you shouldn’t allow the manipulation, and you certainly shouldn’t allow them to lead you.
This is not a complete list, I’m sure you can think of many others.
Special rights for certain groups creates division. (Most of the groups above have special rights. The men don’t.) In most cases it could be argued that the societal destruction created was intentional.
Everyone should be treated fairly. Make efforts to find or make systems that work for everyone.

Classifying people
There is a concerted effort to classify people by external unchangeable descriptors. In most cases this is carist and bigoted behavior. Do you want a class system again? Do you want segregation again? Some are attempting it. From school children to the test drug passport. Are you going to treat people like that again? Are you prepared to follow through? A lot of people died the last time there was a system that required ‘papers.’ Other countries (and if rumors are correct at least one of your states) are building detention centers, do you want that? Medical apartheid has been suggested and in some places is being practiced. This is happening in places that you wouldn’t expect. Is this reasonable? You are on that path. The people that are denying it are the ones that are pushing for it.
What happened to ‘I have a dream’? Was that message good for the country or bad? I suspect it was good. Carism tends to be higher in mono-cultures. You should look into it. Comparatively carism in your country is lower than many others, even in some developed countries. You worked hard for this, do you want to give it up? How about a push to squash what is left of it instead? Wouldn’t that be better for your country? It would be work, but it’s in your power to do it. If you remove the carists from positions of power and influence your children are less likely to learn it. All you have to do is limit their exposure to it. Teach them that its offensive. Familial learning of it will still be there, but once out in the world those people may notice that what they were taught is a falsehood and change their minds about it. Make it culturally unacceptable. The use of shunning people is unpalatable, but in this instance a milder version of avoidance could be highly effective in changing outward behavior.

Fact checkers
A relatively new addition to your social media, their purpose seems to be misdirection and censorship. For the people that don’t bother to read past the first few sentences it’s effective. Occasionally they actually catch mistakes, but for the most part the differences are world view items and subjective. Jokes and memes have been fact checked. Opinion has been fact checked.
‘Fact checking’ has been used to demonetize people/channels, and redirect viewers away from their original destination.
Are ‘fact checkers’ truthful and unbiased? Who pays them? Are there conflicts of interest? Are they qualified to review the facts that they are checking?
Why are people being censored? Why are respected medical journals being censored? What do they not want you to hear about or consider?

Specific examples vs. ambiguous statements
Specific examples can be used to produce positive change. When you are presented with ambiguous statements like ‘climate change hurts the disadvantaged the most’ ask for specific examples. You can make change if you have specific things to change. If there are no specifics to change the statements are meaningless. Is it a form of sophistry or doublespeak? Respond accordingly. If it isn’t, try to get a feel for the logic of how they arrived at their conclusions. Are they using accurate data? Is it logic based or emotion based? Not everyone has the same mastery of language, differences in usage can cause communication issues. Work might be needed to overcome this.
